Transfer of knowledge and skills in the Whole-Scale® technology is one of the goals of our practice.   We typically offer one or more public workshops each year to teach others our methods.  We also help clients build their own internal change capacity through in-house workshops.  Ranging from one to three days, these sessions can be custom designed to suit both the audience and the kinds of change initiatives that need to be supported.  After training, we often provide shadow consulting to managers and internal consultants as they gain experience in implementing their own change journeys.
