Leadership alignment is the first prerequisite for any successful organizational change.   Early in the process, we work with the leadership team to make sure they are clear about their vision for the future and the outcomes they want to achieve.  Outcomes need to be linked to and support the strategic plan.  Through on-going team discussions and real-time coaching, we help leaders clarify the future they seek and their role in achieving that future.  We also help them design the change roadmap and ensure that the leadership team is ready to speak with one voice and act consistently as they engage the rest of the system.
