Kathie
Dannemiller's Spirit Continues: DVD Celebrates her
Life & Work
Kathie's family has
created a professionally edited DVD containing six
hours of video and audio clips, photographs, and
remembrances from friends and families. The family
has requested us to make this DVD available and to
dedicate the proceeds from the DVD toward a
scholarship for new organization development
consultants who want to attend a seminar on how to
design and facilitate Whole-Scale® Change
processes. If you are interested in having a copy of
this DVD, contact us by phone at 734-662-1330 or click here to

Spring into the Future:
A Think Tank

"Think tanks are not a luxury – but an imperative!” responded one participant when asked about the significant outcomes of the October 27 & 28 Think Tank, hosted by Dannemiller Tyson Associates. Others said, “Wonderful to focus on questions that matter!” and “Gratitude to each and every participant who saw the value of the conversation and their willingness to take it to new levels.”

500-Person Whole-Scale® Plant
Strategy Meeting Follows a Year of Careful Planning
500-Person
Whole-Scale® Plant Strategy Meeting Follows a
Year of Careful Planning. Most days the people of
the Adams Division of Pfizer in Rockford, Illinois
make the products America loves to chew - Dentyne
Ice, Trident and Bubblicious to name a few. On May
30 & 31, 2002, they gathered to make plans for
their future at the threshold of dramatic change for
their facility. DTA consultants Jim McNeil and Al
Blixt worked with Rockford leadership for nearly a
year to set the stage with Rockfords leadership
and a variety of teams to set the stage for engaging
the entire system to help create the future together.

Dannemiller, “We have learned so much from her. She helped me to contact with several of the OD community in the US during my first trip from Hungary in 1985. She has visited us with her team in Hungary in 1987 and helped our team, Concordia, to learn the large group method early on.”

Some of the Clients
We Serve ...

Manufacturing
Every Employee at Corning's Harrodsburg
KY plant has an IMPACT! This 24/7 plant began 2004
with a bang! They created a way to give every employee
the opportunity to dialogue with their customers and
agree on the actions and behaviors needed to supply
quality glass. They are off and running, already creating
an IMPACT throughout their supply chain!

Healthcare
East Jefferson General Hospital, a community hospital
in the greater New Orleans area is faced with creating
strategic alignment among it's 2000 employees and
900 physicians. They are doing this by building bridges
between hospital staff and leaders and the physicians
and governing boards.
